Intensive mysore weekend Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th September 2015 with Hanne Sydanmaa
Hanne is more talkative on the mysore workshops than on normal classes as she focuses intensely on each student helping to address issues that you might be facing in a specific pose. She will then teach you how to practice for healing and curative purposes.
The first day, Saturday, is slow and detailed and after class we then talk about it on the session then to incorporate the extra attention into a more normal flow on the Sunday class. This can be necessary when we experience difficulties but also on a normal level a way to be more gentle to ourselves sometimes even handle issues before they become problems. Hanne has herself been struggling with back problems but practicing in Mysore for many years with close and deep contact to Guruji who healed her and help her to overcome a major obstacle.
She will teach Mysore classes Saturday and Sunday mornings 9-11am in a very individualized approach giving you specific advices adding helpful adjustments for healing and curative approaches.
Saturday afternoon from 12-13.30 she will give a session with the topic of yoga for healing and curative purposes.
We are delighted to have Hanne here with us in the shala. She is one of our long term dear friends and a full time yogi having studied many years in Mysore with Guruji and Sharath and was also on Sharaths’ first ever teacher training in June 2009 receiving Authorisation to teach the full intermediate series.
