One breath at a time

You don’t need neither flexibility nor strength to start the practice of yoga. All you need is an open mind and then the rest will come over time through consistent practice

It begins with an inhale

On the mysore classes you can arrive within the time given on the schedule.

You will learn the postures one by one and slowly build up a solid foundation.

The first few times your practice will not be very long – 30-45 min. and this will increase as you learn more postures.

In this way it become one-to-one teaching in a group-setting

The very first thing you will learn is the breath, which will follow you throughout your practice. Then comes the sun salutations, some of the standing postures and then the closing postures. 

The series of postures is always the same, but don’t worry – it never becomes boring!

We will help and guide you the whole way through. The only thing you have to do is show and keep your mind open.
