Easter holidays the shala is open 8.30-11.30 - all other classes are cancelled!

The shala opens 8.30 and the class is 9-11 - as we are leaving for the International Yoga Day in Kongens Have you need to finish on time.
The shala will be open this morning for self-practice - also for yogies arriving for Sharath's workshop 🙂
We are hosting paramaguru Sharath Jois for his workshop here in Copenhagen and this week no regular classes in the shala. You can enroll on www.ayc.dk

After the mysore class 9-11 we have a brunch together and then watch the beatiful dias from Sharath's workshop in August. You are all welcome and please bring a little vegetarian dish to share 🙂

Mysore-style is the individual practice of Astanga yoga where you follow the rhythm of your breath through Sun salutes and the asana that we have taught you. The teacher will assist you with adjustments and new postures as you go along.
Shalaen åbner ½ time før og lukker 15 min efter tiderne ovenfor på skemaet – undtagen fredag, hvor shalaen lukker ifølge skemaet. På morgenklasserne kan du praktisere til kl. 10.
The shala is open ½ hour before and 15 min after the timings above – though Friday we close according to the schedule. On the morning classes you can practice till 10am.
Når du er kommer regelmæssigt i shalaen kan du bruge koden til at lukke dig ind med.
Månedage på mandage til fredage betyder at morgen-klassen er aflyst – kom i stedet om eftermiddagen.
Notice if the moondays are on Mondays to Fridays no morning classes – come in the afternoon.
