Guidelines for your practice

Good advice to for an optimal practice with less disturbances

  • Wear comfortable clothes that is not too loose fitting
  • Try not to eat at least 2-3 hours before practice – morning after a nights faste is the best
  • Don’t drink within the last hour before practice and try not to drink during practice
  • Practice barefoot, giving you a better connection to the ground
  • Don’t wear heavy perfume or deodorant
  • In addition to a mat (which you can also borrow) you should bring a small towel for sweat
  • Please inform the teacher of any injuries and the like – in that way we can help you the best
  • In general just be open, respect the other practitioners and respect yourself
