Guidelines for your practice
Good advice to for an optimal practice with less disturbances
- Wear comfortable clothes that is not too loose fitting
- Try not to eat at least 2-3 hours before practice - morning after a nights faste is the best
- Don't drink within the last hour before practice and try not to drink during practice
- Practice barefoot, giving you a better connection to the ground
- Don't wear heavy perfume or deodorant
- In addition to a mat (which you can also borrow) you should bring a small towel for sweat
- Please inform the teacher of any injuries and the like - in that way we can help you the best
- In general just be open, respect the other practitioners and respect yourself
